TurboKraft was commission with this very special project:
1) Twin turbocharge a 1995 Porsche 993 but retain the narrow bodywork and motorized rear wing.
2) There can be no turbo lag
The timeless beauty of the original body lines could not be altered, save for a factory RS chin spoiler and 18 BBS wheels.
The engine had to be as flexible and easy to drive as stock, only much more powerful.
Top-end engine rebuild with low compression Turbo pistons, reinforced rods with ARP fasteners, and remanufactured cylinder heads.
Completely custom Twin Turbo conversion featuring:
* all stainless steel exhaust with 3 inlet/outlet mufflers, fully ceramic coated
* Garrett GTR true ball bearing turbochargers
* high efficiency air:water intercoolers with twin aluminum radiators and twin water pumps
While the engine was out for its twin turbo transformation, these other areas were addressed:
- Suspension
- Wheels & tires
- Paint & body
- Interior
- Sound system
