We will help you every step of the way.  TurboKraft offers a secure facility for proper storage and handling until the job is done.

We have a vast part inventories under one roof.  Expect expert packaging.  
Our main objective is to ensure safe delivery without hassle.  TurboKraft processes and ships both domestic and international orders daily.  FedEx offers us reliable service with excellent cost savings and is our default shipping carrier.  Since we move excellent parts volume on a daily basis, we offer our discounted wholesale account shipping rates.


Part Order & Shipping Services
Basic Notes:
Direct orders are F.O.B. Mesa, Arizona USA.  All shipments are via Ground / International Economy service unless specified otherwise at checkout.  A local pick-up option is also available by appointment.  The Adult Signature Required feature (an additional cost) may be included with shipping amount.  If you have special circumstances, please feel free to contact us.      
When processing and order and shipping, we need the following information to reduce cost and for tracking notifications.

- Type or residence and name (Business or Residential)
- Phone number
- Email address

Domestic (USA):  In some instances and for locations around the globe, UPS or US Postal services offer a less costly alternative to our default FedEx carrier.  If this is the case, we may utilize these accounts and pass the savings onto you. 

International (Outside USA):  IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please contact us with the entire shipping address, email address & phone number for an accurate estimate.  We do not offer uncertified international shipping service!  **VAT / International export / Import taxes may also apply to your order and we are not responsible for such charges.  We are open to any questions you may have.  Wir sprechen auch Deutsch.


Returns or Exchanges

Buyer is responsible for checking all part numbers and asking all relevant questions prior to purchase.  Some items are sold as is.  Returns are offered only on a case by case basis.  If item is damage in transit, the shipping carrier must be notified at the time of receipt!  Please contact us to report any damages the day of receipt for a fair evaluation.
